Jason Smith is a coach of kingdom-minded entrepreneurs who is dedicated to helping others succeed in their businesses and careers. He brings a wide range of skills and talents to the table, as well as a unique perspective on the world.

Smith began his working career at a young age, starting as a bagger at Meijer, Inc. Through hard work and dedication, he quickly rose through the ranks and was promoted to the Systems Department, where he provided technical support and audited prices. He then transitioned to the produce department at Food Town, stocking displays and packaging gift baskets.

After that, he accepted a position at Panera Bread, where he was quickly cross-trained in multiple roles and promoted to shift supervisor at the age of 18. He then joined the military, where he developed his leadership skills and served as a veterinary technician in support of military working dogs and the privately owned animals of military personnel.

Following his service, Smith launched his own business, which he operated for 12 years, earning $60,000 in annual recurring revenue. After exiting the business, he accepted a position as an assistant manager at Panera Bread and worked there for a year until he was released during the pandemic. At that time, he launched the Marketplace Ministry podcast.

In addition to the podcast, Smith also serves others in his community by helping them with editing their video content for YouTube, writing copy for their content descriptions, and editing and producing audio podcasts. In his free time, he enjoys baking, reading, and spending time with his children.

As a kingdom-minded coach, Smith's goal is to edify and encourage kingdom-minded entrepreneurs to glorify God in the marketplace. With his enthusiasm and dedication to helping others, he is well-suited for this role.
